Can I order a custom made bespoke bouquet?
Of course! We would love to make something really special just for you, including custom designs for wedding flowers. Please give one of our friendly staff a call on 0800 428 624 and we will be happy to assist if you have something special in mind that is not featured on our website.
When will my delivery arrive?
We cannot guarantee exact times but we can guarantee same day flower delivery in Auckland for all orders received before 12pm that day. If you require an urgent delivery this can be available but will be an additional cost please phone on 0800 428 624 if you require this.

What happens to my information?
Your information is your private business. We do not keep, store or sell you information in any way.
Can I send flowers anonymously?
You sure can. If your recipient would like to know who sent them their gift we can pass the request back to you and wait for your advice. If you are the recipient wanting to know who sent you flowers we are unable to action this request without the paying customers authorisation.
How fresh are your flowers?
We pride ourselves on having a high turnover of flowers meaning that only the freshest blooms are going out. We receive flowers almost every day of the week from auctions houses, local growers and import providers.
